To make the exchange possible, we need to transform the energy from the physical environment to our platform, which tokenises the sustainable asset through a certified methodology that guarantees its provenance through Guarantees of Origin.
First, to obtain the energy data, we provide a monitoring system capable of sending the energy flow data to our blockchain platform.
After receiving this information, the platform uses an algorithm to convert and certify the CO2 equivalent emissions that have not been emitted into the atmosphere, hydrogen, energy and energy surpluses, as well as to generate their respective Guarantees of Origin and Energy Efficiency or Energy Saving Certificates.
Finally, once the information is digitised, we provide a marketplace for direct and immediate exchange between users. Where prices are established based on the supply and demand of these assets.
We register the asset produced, which we convert into tokens for the user’s individual wallet. Then, when the producer and buyer enter into an agreement on the market for a specific amount of tokens and a price, the transaction takes place and the tokens are sent to the new wallet, which can exchange it for its equivalent real asset, allowing for easy exchange between users around the world.
Greennovation in large-scale renewable energy production
In a large-scale renewable energy plant, not only can the producer record and control the energy production or the CO2 mitigated to the atmosphere with high accuracy, but Greennovation also provides Guarantee of Origin and CO2 Emission Allowances certificates associated with the renewable energy generation.
Greennovation in self-consumption of renewable energies
In terms of self-consumption of renewable energy installations, the producer can control with great precision the energy production, the energy surplus or the CO2 mitigated to the atmosphere. Greennovation also provides Guarantee of Origin and CO2 Emission Rights certificates associated with renewable energy generation that can be traded on the market or audited.
Greennovation in energy efficiency applications
In energy efficiency applications, the developer can register the energy savings of the project, generate White Certificates associated with the reduction of energy consumption, and obtain Guarantee of Origin and CO2 Emission Rights resulting from the implemented actions.
Greennovation in electric mobility
Greennovation is made to provide solutions for any sustainability asset. For example, in the electric mobility scenario, the vehicle owner can register and control the energy consumption or the CO2 mitigated to the atmosphere thanks to the use of the electric motor. Our platform provides the Guarantee of Origin of the renewable energy used for battery charging and the white certificates associated with the use of the efficient vehicle for mobility.
Greennovation in energy storage
In the energy storage scenario, the producer is not only able to record and control the energy delivered with high accuracy, but Greennovation also provides Guarantee of Origin Certificates for renewable energy used for battery charging or water pumping; Guarantee of Origin for Green Hydrogen associated with fuel cells and CO2 Allowance Certificates from the CO2 emissions mitigated by the recharging of each energy storage system.
Greennovation in Green/Blue Hydrogen Production
The conversion of energy sources into hydrogen by electrolysis is one of the most promising technologies for energy storage. Greennovation can be used to provide Guarantee of Origin Certificates for the Blue or Green Hydrogen generated; CO2 emissions eliminated by producing Blue Hydrogen certificates and CO2 emission allowances from the CO2 emissions saved by producing Green/Blue Hydrogen.
